    Description:
    Epiphany is a ready-made hood waiting for sims. No sims are included, just lots, residential and community. Plenty of room is left to expand. The Aridia terrain in its lush form was used for the foundation. The community lots are all finished, ready to go. The residential lots vary in size, price, and extent of furnishing. Move your sims in today!
